Toowoomba..juicy and tender...

A couple of weeks ago, I was invited to do a food review on Toowoomba Steak @ Danau Kota, Setapak. The owner of the steak house, Mario aka Nordin really excited when i told him ‘yes’ instead of owhhh habislah diet aku...so we (me, Dr Ros, Prof A & Anne) went there exactly during lunch time. Our stomach was like hungry! Starving! I wanna these and these...sound like tamak la kan...dasatkan aku...

@ Toowoomba (actually Toowoomba is a nick name of Garden City which is located in Southern Queensland, Australia) Chef Latif prepared 8 menu’s for us to taste..guest what..all of us was shocked but big smile. Can u imagine that?? Hehehe...

Katanya dia pandai masak steak dan prefer half cook punya steak..so aku yakin dia boleh masak sebab dia juga pandai ternak kambing..seb baik tak mengata si Adam ni, dia faham bahasa 'German' rupa-rupanya...hik!

At the location, I met Adam Armstrong. He is a trader from Australia and manage a company name Lembiru Pty Ltd. Lembiru is about lembu warna biru..ehh bukan lembu dan kambing actually. Adam’s also was invited by Mario to hv a lunch session with us. Seems like i talk to a rite person about steak and pasta because Adam is really into steak. We settled all 8 menus in less than 1 hr and finally burppp and everybody was smile and cheers. Rakus kan...
